College days swiftly pass imbued with memories fond. Unfortunately after graduation the sole connection back to the chapter for me has been coming back to recruit for PepsiCo and the homecoming breakfast after the parade. In settings like that you can only learn so much about current undergrad Bruhs. Subsequently. I can honestly say that short of helping Bruhs at the career fair who come by our booth and gripping them up at homecoming that's the extent of our connection. So I decided to support the One Chapter One Shield because my bond to Eta Gamma shouldn't only extend to those who pledged me, I pledged with or those whom I pledged. Regardless of our differences on the yard, the hood has always been good at Eta Gamma. My hope is that both the depth and breadth of the hood would grow bridging the gap between past and present. No more passive waves or throwing up the ice to Bruhs we pass and may not know, but caring enough to stop meet and get to know that Brother.

One Chapter One Shield is the new Eta Gamma way of thinking. The purpose is to engage in brotherhood and rebuild the chapter into continual greatness. Past and present bruhs of the chapter have agreed to create a better bond as we go forward and it begins with this year's Homecoming Tailgate November 4th.
